• Our VAST video encoding technology is software-based. VAST is sold as software running on the hardware of customer or industry partners, or it is sold on Reticulate Micro Hardware offerings.
• Our VISION OS development platform is the core code under our Software Management Product Solutions. The Premier offering that Uses VISION OS is our VESPER Satellite Communications management platform – we have other solutions under development for targeted customers.
• RM also provides contract manufacturing for partners, design and integration services, and planning services that align with our offerings.
We have a recurring-revenue model that is subscription based, where customers have an option to enhance our product offerings with curated video streaming and file storage.

Reticulate Micro has received what is considers to be positive response from customers in multiple industries including: defense, first-responders, cruise ship operators, broadcast, critical infrastructure, and companies that deliver in-flight video over satellite connections.
We have regular requests for demonstrations, bailment of demonstration hardware, and orders for our engineering integration tool kits. We currently have multiple engagements with government customers with requirements that we believe align with our video-encoding and management solutions.
Reticulate Micro continually enhances the functionality and features of our offerings based on customer requirements and regular customer feedback. We build our solutions with the objective of meeting and exceeding their needs.
How do you plan to use the proceeds from this funding round?
We have four specific uses for proceeds from this funding round:
1. Grow our team to support the further development and delivery of our core technologies
2. Execute acquisitions that we believe are accretive in nature and that are aligned with our core offerings.
3. Expedite the ability to scale production for our anticipated orders.
4. Prepare for a future public offering
How do I get a return on my investment?

What is a transfer agent?
Transfer agents maintain a record of ownership, including contact information, of an issuer’s registered stockholders. After the Common Stock is listed on an exchange, you will be able to deposit any shares you purchased with a broker. Until you deposit your shares in a brokerage account, the transfer agent will maintain the record of your ownership. Once you deposit your shares with a broker, the broker will maintain that record.

The transfer agent is Transfer Online – all investors will receive a Welcome Letter directly from Transfer Online with information on how to access and manage their accounts.
Are there higher fees if you invest via credit card vs. ACH?
Investors will be responsible for credit card processing fee of 2.99% and any bank wire fees from their bank. There are no processing fees for ACH transactions. There is a limit of $3,000 per credit card investment.

Yes. We believe we have significant interest with potential customers in Europe, South-East Asia, and the South Pacific region. We have a network of value-added resellers and channel partners in those regions.
Can you share the roadmap for the next 3-4 years and when you expect to become profitable?
Our roadmap is centered on growing our VAST Video encoding technology footprint in defense and commercial sectors, while enhancing our video technologies with post-quantum security. We are now selling small numbers of encoders, while growing our OEM partner integration ecosystem, and simultaneously pursuing several large multi-year defense programs.
How many patents do you have?
We have one patent (U.S. Patent No. 9,451,291) with several more planned. We also intend on keeping some of our intellectual property as trade secrets, to further protect it. Reticulate Micro also has exclusivity of other complementary technologies that we believe enhance our patented technology.
How does Reticulate Micro’s technology compare to current methods?
We believe that our video encoding technology is far superior to other methods in terms of compression efficiency, video quality and speed. We have compiled a body of qualitative and quantitative test data that compares our core technology to other current methods, with our technology significantly besting the other methods.
